This agro tourism hotel stands on a plot of approx. 47,000m² with a constructed area of 3,750m². The main house was built in 1780 and has been refurbished again and again and is still expandable. There are also 7 smaller houses (casitas) each with 1-2 bedrooms, living-dining room - kitchenette and bathroom. All casitas are equipped with air conditioning and central heating as well as idyllic terraces. A community pool is available to all guests. It currently has space for 26 people (beds). The tourist license is issued for a total of 50 beds. The 24 beds have not be built yet. In the last few years, the finca was mainly booked for events such as weddings, celebrations, meetings, etc. The indoor guest capacity is around 90 people. And in the outside area for about 180 people. But individual and bicycle tourism is also very popular here. Another adjacent forest and mountain plot of more than 1 million m² is included in the price.

Visits are only possible upon presentation of proof of creditworthiness for the amount of the purchase price. Otherwise, we charge a processing fee of € 100 for viewing, but we will reimburse you with € 300 if you purchase a property through us.
