Entering the hotel on the ground floor there is the lobby with reception, a restaurant with open fireplace, a small professional kitchen with cold rooms and a fireplace lounge. The hotel boasts a lovely Mediterranean patio with swimming pool and barbecue area creating a typical Mallorcan ambience.

Going upstairs you will find the 9 double rooms and 2 suites (all with air-conditioning), which could also be reached by elevator. The hotel is in excellent condition and has no backlog in repairs.

Visits are only possible upon presentation of a creditworthiness certificate for the total purchase price.

For a viewing appointment of the property, we charge a processing fee of 100 €, but we will remunerate with 300 € back in a mediated through us property.
