Since October 2007 the hotel offers a modern, fully equipped conference room with air-condition and space for up to 25 people.

Restaurant: The hotel boasts an exclusive gourmet restaurant located in one of the most beautiful wooden mills of Mallorca.

Rooms: The hotel has a total of 24 air-conditioned rooms, which have been completely renovated and individually decorated e.g. with tasteful Mallorcan antiques and open fireplaces. Many rooms have a modern, elegant furniture, tastefully completed by traditional Spanish elements. Guests can enjoy fantastic views of the mountains of Serra d' Alfabia from almost every room.

For a viewing appointment of the property, we charge a processing fee of 100 €, but we will remunerate with 300 € back in a mediated through us property. Likewise, a credit check on the purchase amount, issued by a financial institution, must be provided in advance.
